Construction SR PM/Project Executive
Job Description
Our client, an industry leading General Contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to help spearhead a new office in Central Washington. The company is headquartered in Seattle Washington with additional districts in other West Coast areas. They have openings for Senior PM or Project Executive.
Details/Requirements:
7+ years of project management/supervising experience at a GC
Experience managing all phases of construction (pre-con, construction, close out, post-con)
Experience developing accurate project estimates and pricing reports
Data Center experience
Comfortable living in the Wenatchee/Ellensburg/Quincy area. A plus if you have connections in the area.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. My client is employee owned and offers excellent benefits. Compensation range $180, 000-$287, 000
