Requirements: 3+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers 2+ of experience in software engineering Demonstrated ability to recruit qualified engineers Strong written and verbal communication skills BA/BS or equivalent work experience with a degree in a quantitative field (e.G Math, Sciences, Engineering)
