Job Description

Our client in Seattle WA is seeking a talented IT professional to join their growing team as a Service Desk Analyst! This position will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support for over 3500 external end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This position is swing shift Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm PST

Requirements:
2+ years of technical support
Experience supporting Microsoft Office on both desktop and mobile devices
Excellent customer service skills (verbally and in writing)
