Job Description
We re seeking a Technical Sourcing Specialist to join us in an entry level role supporting our recruiters in both candidate sourcing and administrative duties as a coordinator. You' ll be trained from scratch and learn technical recruiting from the ground-up. This is a great opportunity to be closely mentored by industry veterans and gain the foundation for a long career in recruiting services or in-house corporate recruiting!
Candidate Sourcing Responsibilities:
- Source software engineering talent nationwide for our client using industry leading techniques (don t worry, we ll show you how!)
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
- Meet weekly performance metrics on volume and quality of candidates sourced
Administrative duties:
- Craft and post job descriptions
- Coordination of interviews
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 0-3 years of professional experience
- Organized with strong attention to detail and able to multi-task with many interruptions
- Proficient with a computer including the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
- Demonstrated work ethic and determination to succeed with a whatever it takes attitude
- Possesses traits such as strong intellectual curiosity, enjoyment in helping people, competitiveness, and interest in technology/software/internet services, mature attitude, and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Very strong written communication and verbal skills with the ability to work at a computer all day long
- Operates with a high sense of urgency in all business dealings
