Customer Service Support Technician

They are looking for excellent customer service support technicians to help resolve customer' s online banking and cash management issues.
- Manage customer service support line and providing fast and polite customer service.
- Ability to provide external and internal customer support by telephone, email, and in person.
- Responsible for resolution of customer issues and requests originated by phone, secure email, and public website email communications.
- Provides support to both external and internal customers for online and mobile banking, bill pay, person-to-person payments, and cash management services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail banking, business cash management services, and/or a call center
- Full time salaried job with excellent benefits
- Ability to pass client background/credit check and drug test
