Desktop Support Engineer
Boston Metro Area, MA
Work with Microsoft SCCM and/or JAMF Casper Suite to manage the estate
Maintain excellent customer service; Document, track and monitor reported incidents to ensure timely resolution
Utilize PowerShell to automate common tasks
Support Exchange email for various mail clients including MS Outlook for Windows and OS X, Microsoft Outlook Web App, Mac Mail, and Thunderbird
Set up and configure work spaces for new hires, manage their Active Directory and visit client sites to perform support services
5+ years of increasing technical support experience
Proficiency with utilizing PowerShell to automate common tasks
Experience supporting both Windows and Apple computers as well as mobile devices.
Knowledge of project management and ticket systems. Atlassian Jira proficiency a bonus.
Cisco Networking certification a plus.
