Our client in Bellevue is a well-known game manufacturer with two very well-known titles. They are performing a SAP SuccessFactors implementation and they are looking for a contractor to join the team to ensure it' s success. This role is a 6 month contract with possible extension. The soft go-live is June 10th and they hope to role it out company wide in August with the hopes of finishing the implementation by the end of the year. You will help drive the implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance Management, Compensation, and Onboarding, and the release of new functionality and enhancements, as well as operational tasks.

What you need:
  • 3+ years of hands-on HRIS systems experience
  • Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, especially the Employee Central module
  • Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including setting up permissions, workflows, and rules in the system
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data to ensure correct and efficient integration of HRIS system
