Job Description

Are you a tech savvy and customer service oriented individual looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a small, close-knit team in the Financial/Banking Industry? In this role you ll provide Tier2 Technical Support including desktop and app support. If you value customer service above all and have an upbeat, friendly demeanor then this is the prefect role for you!

Qualifications:
2+ years Tier 2 desktop support experience
Strong customer service skills
Experience with support of multiple applications
Office365 experience
Hardware and troubleshooting experience
Ability to pass client background/credit check and drug test required
