IT Support Specialist
Lincoln Metro Area, NE
- 2+ years of experience supporting the IT needs of an office
- Experience troubleshooting issues in various enterprise systems and applications including: Active Directory, Office365, Shoretel, SCCM, SalesForce, Jamf, Okta, and Service Now
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting hardware, including wireless/wired connectivity, printer connectivity, folder/file permissions, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
