In this role, you manage and triage tickets, maintain and contribute to support documentation, report on support metrics, manage support infrastructure, and ensure that customers have great experiences.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting software products/applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with ZenDesk a plus
  • Bachelors degree preferred
