Multiple Contract Recruiter Openings

In this role, you will serve as a full life cycle recruiter, handling recruiting all levels of talent across a range of functions, such as finance, marketing, analytics, technology, etc. This role offers high visibility and will be reporting directly to Head of Talent Acquisition during the 12-month contract.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles for a variety of functions
- Lead recruitment status for the full life cycle including sourcing active and passive candidates, screening and closing candidates
- Meet quarterly goals: hire per quarter, time-to-fill, candidate pipelines and required applicant tracking updates.
- 2+ years' full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Passion for direct sourcing and use of tools in addition to LinkedIn.
- Ability to evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core and niche roles.
