Service Desk Analyst - Port of Seattle

Act as the first line of support, troubleshooting issues relating to Office 365, Windows 10, iOS and Android devices
Maintain excellent customer service; Document, track and monitor reported incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Set up and configure work spaces for new hires, manage their Active Directory and visit client sites to perform support services
1+ years of increasing technical support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Operating products; bonus points for Microsoft Professional certifications
2 year degree in IT or Networking, or completion of an immersive IT program
This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position poised to convert to full-time, direct-hire.
