Our client in the Port of Seattle is seeking a talented IT professional to join their growing team as a Service Desk Analyst! The company is in the global logistics and shipping industry, and is experiencing growth at a rapid rate. Their software ingests hundreds of terabytes of shipping data, supply chain metrics, fraud detection and more. They supporting over 3500 external end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

You will:
Act as the first line of support, troubleshooting issues relating to Office 365, Windows 10, iOS and Android devices
Maintain excellent customer service; Document, track and monitor reported incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Set up and configure work spaces for new hires, manage their Active Directory and visit client sites to perform support services

You Have:
1+ years of increasing technical support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Operating products; bonus points for Microsoft Professional certifications
2 year degree in IT or Networking, or completion of an immersive IT program

This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position poised to convert to full-time, direct-hire.
