Service Desk Analyst
Seattle-Bellevue Metro Area, WA
Act as the first line of support, troubleshooting issues relating to Office 365, Windows 10
Maintain excellent customer service; Document, track and monitor reported incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Provide administrative support for update user account information, set up and configure work spaces for new hires, manage their Active Directory and visit client sites to perform support services
1+ years of increasing technical support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Operating products; bonus points for Microsoft Professional certifications
2 year degree in IT or Networking, or completion of an immersive IT program
This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position poised to convert to full-time, direct-hire.
