Job Description

Our client is a small but established and profitable Software-as-a-Service company with a history of success! Although 10+ years old and profitable, they recently secured $40MM+ VC investment to fuel their growth. One of their first hires after securing this VC investment is to add to their existing Customer Success Team. This role supports their customers and also creates documentation and training guides. Currently this team is focusing mostly on trouble tickets but with added bandwidth with plan to turn their focus to creating documentation and training material.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of related experience supporting software and/or networking products
- Strong experience supporting API' s or hosted services in a multi programming language environment. While they don' t have support levels this role would be classified as a Tier III or above if they had levels
- Strong knowledge of networking tech like TCP/IP, Firewalls, HTTP, IP Routing and Security
- Strong written communication skills and previous experience creating documentation and/or training material
- Strong Customer Service attitude and demeanor
