Tech Support - Mobile Device

Our client, a general contractor based in South Lake Union, is looking for a Tech Support Mobile Device Specialist for their team! This is a contract role expected to last about 3-4 months. The ideal candidate will have at least one year previous experience in tech support, help desk, geek squad types of roles. Any additional experience with mobile devices (especially Apple devices) is a plus.

Job Duties:
- Fulfill all new device requests as well as request to swap devices
- Process current backlog of device repair tickets
- Facilitate recycling of broken devices
- Test new functionality for devices

Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a helpdesk or tech support role
- Previous experience with devices is preferred
- Must have strong communication and troubleshooting skills
