Job Description


Our client in the building industry is looking for a Tier II Support Specialist to work onsite in the corporate office and at customer sites. If you love helping others, excel at customer service and are technically adept, then please apply. Work consists of setting up workstations, deploying and configuring mobile phones, resolving technical issues, setting up network environments and providing end-user support.

Requirements:
1+ years of Desktop, helpdesk, technical support, Tier I and/or Tier II experience
Experience working with PC, Laptops, Mobile devices
Ability to provide excellent customer service and enjoy helping others
Technical certificates and/or degrees helpful but not required
Work in Seattle and surrounding areas
Valid WA state driver' s license required
