Job Description

Our client, a fun sport brand, has an opening for a Service Desk Manager. This position is working onsite in North Seattle.

Qualifications/Details:

- Previous experience managing or leading a small team of service desk or help desk engineers
- Technical degrees and ITSM certifications are preferred
- Nationwide travel of 10-20 days a year is required
- Familiar with or certified in IT Service Management a plus
- Ability to work onsite in North Seattle
- Fun upbeat team with collaborative work style
-Compensation range $90-100k base plus bonus and equity
