Job Description
Our client is a mountain based company that creates a fun recreational app with many users. They are seeking an experienced recruiter to join their team! In this position you will focus on full cycle recruiting while searching for a variety of positions from marketing to operations teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, and display a high level of professionalism
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work well with different teams and hiring managers and possess a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Passion for the outdoors a plus
This position is fully remote.
Client offers competitive benefits package and 401(k) match and a generous PTO package (4 weeks of PTO and 1 week of sick leave).
