Job Description
Our client, a video game development company, located in downtown Bellevue is looking for a Contract Helpdesk specialist to assist with a few projects. This is a contract position that is scheduled to last about 6 months The position will be onsite and employees must be vaccinated for Covid19 and boosted.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT Support including triaging tickets, troubleshooting Tier 1-2 issues, hardware inventory, computer imaging, new hire account setup, etc
- Experience supporting users with high end workstations.
- Powershell experience is a plus
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday 9a-5pm
- System Admin experience a plus
