-BS Computer Science or Engineering
-15+yrs overall experience, 10+ in a managerial role
-Must posses excellent communication skills and be a passionate effective leader
-Knowledge working with Java, AWS, and Fintech a plus
-Experience in development/project management in an agile scrum model a must
