-2+ years coordinating facilities maintenance, repair, and dispatch of technicians and vendors for services such as janitorial, security, landscaping, maintenance agreements etc. -Valid Washington State driver s license and auto insurance -High School diploma or equivalent -Proof of Covid vaccination required, no exceptions
