Qualifications:
2+ years of experience coordinating facilities maintenance repair and dispatching of techs and vendors
Strong customer service and documentation skills
Proficient with email, MS Office, and work order databases
Flexible and able to adjust to shifting priorities
Works well with a team as well as diverse customers/stakeholders
Valid Washington State driver s license and auto insurance
