Job Description

Are you an experienced and customer service oriented Field Services/Help Desk professional looking for a new opportunity in the banking industry? Are you excited about helping to improve systems and processes? Our Portland client needs your expertise!

In this role you will manage support requests, update applications, provision users, deploy desktop and laptops, manage printers, train users, help with inventory, and more.

  • 2+ years of Field Services/Help Desk experience
  • Flexible and eager to learn
  • Experience managing 100+ emails per day
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timely follow up
  • Able to work both independently and in collaboration with a team
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs
  • Valid driver s license and good driving record
