Are you an experienced Help Desk Specialist looking for a new opportunity? Our client, located just south of downtown Seattle is looking to add a customer service oriented member to their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement - 2 weeks onsite and 2 weeks remote on a rotation.
Qualifications:
-Prior Help Desk experience supporting Windows and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) -Experience installing and supporting hardware, software and mobile devices. -Some MacOS or iOS support (iphone or ipad) experience -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent customer service mindset
