Job Description

Our client, a successful non-profit is looking for a Help Desk Engineer - level 1 for a position based in downtown Seattle. Along with a wider team, you will help support several hundred users by providing them with technical support for tier 1 operational issues including troubleshooting software applications, hardware, email, network connectivity and peripherals.

Key Details:
- Associates degree in technology or technical certificates
- 1+ years in help desk, desktop support or technical support experience
- Mobile and PC support experience
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Basic networking knowledge and telephone support experience
- Experience in Windows OS and Office 365
- Excellent communication skills, servant attitude, team player and collaborative in nature
- FTE job with benefits, work Monday-Thursday onsite in downtown Seattle, 1/2 remote from home
