Job Description
Our client in the Biotech industry is looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician to assist in their downtown Seattle office. This is a long term contract to hire position.
Requirements:
-Knowledge of Windows & O365
-Some previous experience with MacOS or iOS (iPhone or iPad)
-Ability to support executives and other management positions
-Experience as AV technician supporting internal events onsite and virtual events
-Knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams
-Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
-Executive technical support experience preferred
*Vaccination is required
