Job Description

Our client, a leading specialty retailer, has an opening for a Manager of End User Services. You will be responsible for establishing strategies that align the Service Desk with the entire IT organization and ensure that end user software is being deployed effectively and efficiently. This position is onsite in North Seattle.

Qualifications/Details:

- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Understanding of retail technology ecosystem
- Strategic thinker- you will be involved in multiple long-term projects
- Familiar with or certified in IT Service Management a plus
- Ability to work onsite in North Seattle
-Compensation range $115-$125k base
