Our client in the commercial construction space is seeking a Manager of Preconstruction. This is a growing construction company working in higher education, healthcare, tech, and data centers environments.
Key requirements:
3+ years in general construction estimations experience
8+ years in general construction project management experience
Experience in higher education, healthcare, tech, and data center experience preferred
Experience working and presenting to clients
Work onsite in Seattle
