Project Manager - Construction
Seattle-Bellevue Metro Area, WA US
Job Description
Our client, a respected industry leader in construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage projects through all phases of the construction life cycle. This position is an excellent opportunity if you have construction management experience managing multiple job sites during each phase of construction; including but not limited to pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction.
Qualifications:
-5+yrs experience in supervising or assisting in the management of construction projects with increasing complexity
-Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Engineering
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience and ability to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reports
-Experience with ground up, life science, corporate office, mission critical, higher education, or design build ideal
This position is fully onsite and will require traveling between different job locations in the Seattle area. Salary range is $110, 000-$180, 000 depending on experience
