Qualifications: 4+ years experience managing real estate and projects teams, including lease negotiation and administration and construction management Experience in the Seattle real estate and construction markets is preferred Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills required Must be experienced, not someone still on a path to developing these skills Valid Washington State driver s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle High School diploma or equivalent Proof of Covid vaccination required, no exceptions
This position requires travel between different locations in the Seattle area and will reimburse for mileage and parking fees. Hourly pay varies depending on experience.
