Senior MEP Coordinator
Job Description
Our client, a respected industry leader in construction, is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Coordinator. This position is an excellent opportunity if you have construction experience working for a general construction organization.

- College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent education is preferred but not required with significant work experience
- 10 years of experience directly managing the MEPF, Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, Test and Balance, and BMS trades
- Experience and understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction projects.
- Strong grasp of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design and construction concepts.
- Ability to manage MEP Design & Coordination using 3D software tools and BIM processes.
- Ability to run complex meetings with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Experience with tenant improvement, life science, corporate office, mission critical, higher education, or design build is preferred
- Work onsite in San Mateo office
- Salary range $150, 000-$220, 000
