Job Description

Our client in Boston, MA is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage a cross functional team of 3-7 developers, as well as ensure the design and scalability of products and services used by millions of people every day. You will be responsible for providing thought leadership, driving technical growth, people management and high level system design.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor' s degree in computer science or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a manager role
  • Track record of building highly functional teams
  • Proven proficiency with object oriented languages (Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Go)
  • Experience working on large scale projects
