Are you an energetic, customer service oriented, and tech savvy individual looking for a Service Desk opportunity with a leading retailer? In this role, you will provide phone, remote, and in-person technical support related to software, hardware, and networking issues. You' ll touch POS, web-based applications, printers, LAN, WAN, phones, and more. This team is growing and there' s certainly career growth potential for the right person. This is an onsite position in Corona with the potential for limited local travel.
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience; retail preferred
Experienced with retail technology
Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS
Basic networking knowledge
IT certifications a plus
Experience as a Field Technician, Service Desk Tech, Help Desk Tech or related is a plus
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Must pass a background and drug test (not including TCH)
