Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience; retail preferred
- Experienced with retail technology
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS
- Basic networking knowledge
- IT certifications a plus
- Experience as a Field Technician, Service Desk Tech, Help Desk Tech or related is a plus
Must pass a background and drug test (not including TCH)
