Job Description

Our client, a leading specialty retailer, has an opening for a Service Desk Manager. This position is onsite in North Seattle.

Qualifications/Details:

- Previous experience leading a small team of service desk or help desk engineers
- Technical degrees and ITSM certifications are preferred
- Travel of 10-20 days a year is required
- Familiar with or certified in IT Service Management a plus
- Ability to work onsite in North Seattle
-Compensation range $90-100k base plus bonus and equity
